RONAN FREEBURN
Ronan Freeburn is a comedy producer and founder of WA Comedy, creating festivals, theatre shows and talent development initiatives across Western Australia.
Through his work with WA Comedy, Ronan has produced some of Western Australia’s most notable comedy events and platforms, helping to develop the local comedy scene while presenting leading WA, national and international comedians.
Over the past 15 years Ronan has produced festivals, theatre shows, tours and talent development initiatives that have helped grow Western Australia’s comedy sector and build loyal audiences for live comedy.
WA Comedy works with venues, councils and festivals across Western Australia to develop and present live comedy events.
Alongside producing events, Ronan has also been an advocate for the recognition and support of the WA comedy industry within the broader arts sector.
